About Casa de Sabor
Our story all began in a tiny little kitchen with big dreams. We started this journey off as a hobby, selling food in the weekend for the fun of it. When we started, it was still an unknown concept in the Netherlands: Seafood Boils and Caribbean food with a modern twist. As time passed by, the demand grew bigger and ‘Casa de Sabor’ started going viral because of social media and word-to-mouth advertisement.
Before we knew it, our business grew out of this tiny little kitchen into something much bigger. We at that point, understood we had to make it our business, being the first restaurant in the Netherlands, where people could come and enjoy this new fusion kitchen.
A year after we started, we were more than proud and excited to open our doors on the 18th of February 2020, with an official restaurant for the public to dine-in and enjoy the different tastes and flavors of this newly found fusion cuisine. We put our love into the food we serve and always try to stay innovative and creative when it comes to what we bring to the table. Besides from that, we try to embrace an eco-friendly working environment. Making use of seasonal products and switching up our menu every season to be able to maintain this objective.
Also, we are close to opening up our second location in Vlaardingen very soon. Our mission and vision are to grow our brand and open up multiple locations over the country. More information about franchising opportunities will be soon revealed. Please stay tuned!
As being young entrepreneurs, starting from zero and building a brand and concept within the food industry has been a life changing experience.
